Because these vinyl logos are applied to small holographic pouches, very fine details can be difficult to produce cleanly.
- Small or thin fonts, very narrow lines, and tiny details (such as dots on i’s or j’s) may not weed or apply successfully
- For best results, we strongly recommend using a thicker font
- Capital letters are preferred where possible, as this avoids dots and fragile details
- Script, handwritten, or ultra-thin fonts may not be suitable at this size
If a design is too detailed to work at the required scale, we may need to simplify or adjust the design, or we’ll contact you before proceeding.
Tip: Bold, clean fonts give the sharpest and most professional finish on small packaging.
